Oct 05 - Minister Linares Congratulates Local Hockey Umpire Nathan Stagno

The Minister for Sport, the Hon. Steven Linares wishes to congratulate local hockey umpire Nathan Stagno on his appointment to officiate at the Olympic Games to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2016.

Mr Linares added: “It was an amazing achievement by Nathan to be asked to umpire at the London Olympics in 2012 but to be selected again for Rio 2016 is proof that Nathan is valued very highly by the International hockey fraternity.”
