Oct 27 - Chief Minister Visits Royal Gibraltar Regiment On Exercise Jebel Sahara

The Chief Minister, the Hon Fabian Picardo QC, is currently visiting the Royal Gibraltar Regiment on exercise Jebel Sahara.

The month-long training exercise, now in its fifteenth year, is based a few miles north of Marrakech and brings together troops from Gibraltar, the UK and Morocco to share their knowledge and operational experience.

The Chief Minister will return to Gibraltar on Thursday afternoon, until which time the Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Joseph Garcia, is the Acting Chief Minister.
