Oct 30 - Gibraltar Office In London To Be Used For Postal Voting

In an effort to assist postal voters in getting their postal votes back to Gibraltar by the close of poll on 26th November 2015, the Gibraltar Office in London will be accepting postal vote envelopes brought in personally or posted to them.

If sent by post to the London Office, the covering envelope should be addressed to H. M. Government of Gibraltar, Gibraltar House, 150 Strand, London WC2R 1JA and clearly marked with the letters “PV”. This covering envelope must only contain the sealed envelope “B” addressed to the Returning Officer. Nothing should be put in the covering envelope that can identify the voter.

The latest acceptance time will be 5.30 pm on Wednesday 25th November 2015.

It should be noted that whilst due care and attention will be exercised by the Returning Officer in getting the postal votes to the postal ballot box in Gibraltar, he cannot be held responsible for any delays which might result in the postal votes not reaching Gibraltar on time.
