Mar 01 - GSD Meets Swedish Ambassador To UK

The Leader of the Opposition, Daniel Feetham, and Marlene Hassan Nahon have this morning met with Sweden’s Ambassador to the United Kingdom.

Paying Her Excellency Nicola Chase a courtesy visit, the GSD MPs discussed issues like the upcoming EU referendum and the possible implications for Gibraltar in the event of a ‘No’ result.

The GSD said that Sweden “has always been a true friend to Gibraltar, having on various occasions defended matters relating to the Rock that have paved the way for other European nations to follow suit.”
