Nov 21 - Unite Welcomes Early Payment Of Christmas Salary For Public Sector Workers
Unite the Union says it is delighted with the Government’s confirmation that public sector workers will be paid this year on the 21st December.
Unite had made a representation to Government following requests by Unite members who have been calling for this measure so that salaries can be received three days prior to the Christmas break.
