Jan 17 - Chiclana Mayor To Visit The Chief Minister Today

The Mayor of Chiclana, Señor Don Jose Maria Roman, will today pay an official visit to the Chief Minister, Fabian Picardo.

Mr Roman, a member of the Spanish Socialist Party, PSOE, is keen to explore ways of co-operation with the Government of Gibraltar. He believes the areas of Tourism and Air Communications are the most appropriate. Apart from these matters, others of mutual interest may also feature.

After the meeting, the Chief Minister and Mr Roman will speak to members of the media. A working lunch will follow.
