02 August 2013
The Government has noted the statement issued by Spain's Interior Ministry this morning, condemning a Spanish website for publishing photographs of law enforcement agents at the Gibraltar-Spain frontier while urging people to take action against them.
A spokesperson this evening said, ‘the Government, despite our many differences with the current Spanish Government, agrees with the sentiments expressed by their Interior Ministry and considers that the operators of this Spanish website should remove both the photographs and their comments.’
