Feb 03 - Picardo Speaks In Madrid
The Chief Minister, Fabian Picardo, has told a group of 150 politicians, diplomats and businessmen that Gibraltar represents an unmissable economic opportunity for Spain and the Campo area.
Mr Picardo delivered the address this morning. A previously arranged event was cancelled after what was widely reported as interference from the Spanish Foreign Minister.
