May 27 – Fake Joe Bossano Profile Doing The Rounds On Facebook

The Government of Gibraltar are urging Facebook users not to accept a friend request from a fake Facebook profile in the name of the Hon Joe Bossano which is currently circulating social media.

People are advised not to accept a Facebook friend request from this account and not to reply to any message asking for information regarding the CFDA (Community Financial Domestic Assistance). The Government said it never requests this kind of information via social media.

Any Facebook users receiving a friend request or messages requesting information from the fake Joe Bossano account are advised to report this to Facebook immediately.
