Mr Speaker,
Last November, the people of Gibraltar entrusted this Government with another term of office. Mr Speaker, it is an honour to stand here today to deliver my 5th Budget address.

Mr. Speaker,
In a speech I delivered last week at our University of Gibraltar, at the opening of an international conference on promoting sustainable development in further education, I said that the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union was the greatest threat to sustainability the world has seen in decades.
