Nov 04 - 350 More Spaces Now Available At The Midtown Car Park
The Government has announced the provision of a further 350 car parking spaces at the Midtown car park. This will bring the total number of parking spaces in this car park to 700.
The Government says that this is double the number of spaces that were previously available where the Commonwealth Park now stands.
The following levels will be opened to the public:
- Level 01 (Ground floor) and Level 02A will be unavailable for parking between 3am and 7am.
- Levels 02B, 03A, 03B, 04A, 04B, 05A, 05B and 06A will be available for free parking.
The Minister for Traffic, Transport and Technical Services, Paul Balban said: “I am delighted to see the provision of another 350 parking spaces, especially here in the middle of town. This Government has successfully made parking one of its main planning priorities.”
