Mar 18 - Contractors Start Work At New Prior Park School

Prior Parks School’s Local Governance Committee met this week to review the progress of the school and to officially appoint Casais as the contractor for the site refurbishment.

The committee, made up of both locally appointed Governors and members of the governing committee of Prior Park College in Bath, did a final inspection of the site before the contractors begin work.

Peter Watts, Headmaster, has also confirmed the appointment of ten teachers who will start at the school this September: “The teachers selected will allow us to offer a broader range of GCSE’s than originally listed and the co-curriculum is also shaping up to be both vibrant and innovative, with subjects such as App Design, Backgammon and Manga Drawing being added to the range.”

The school opens its doors to Year 8, 9 and 10 pupils this September.
