Mar 23 - Gibtelecom 3G And 4G Maintenance Works

Gibtelecom will be carrying out maintenance works to its mobile network starting at 08:00 on Tuesday 29March 2016 and expected to be completed by 14:00 on Thursday 31 March 2016.

During this time, customers may experience some service disruption affecting Gibtelecom 3G and 4G voice and data mobile services by the Southern end of Europa Road around The Clifton’s, Royal Naval Hospital and Sunset Close areas. 2G voice and data services will continue to work unaffected.

Gibtelecom apologises for any inconvenience these essential works may cause and will endeavour to minimise disruption to customers as much as possible. Customers requiring further information are asked to call Gibtelecom’s 24/7 Network Operations Centre on 20052200.
