The Borders and Coastguard Agency’s Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Bonfante has announced that Hamish Couper has been promoted to the rank of Senior Borders and Coastguard Officer.

SBCO Couper commenced employment within the Borders and Coastguard Agency (formerly Security and Immigration Ltd) on the 1st October 2009 and, over the last six years, he has conducted his duties admirably at the Frontier, Airport, Cruise and Ferry Terminals. SBCO Couper’s promotion came into effect today.
