A local healthy eating blog packed with recipes and top tips which aims to show people that wholesome, healthy food “doesn’t have to boring” has been shortlisted in the ‘Best European Blog’ section of the Health Blog Awards.
‘Ashleigh’s Fit Kitchen’ is run by Ashleigh Vella, a self-confessed foodie and fitness freak.
The blog has grown an impressive local and international following: it receives over 1,700 unique visitors a month and over 3,000 page views.
