GibFibreSpeed has signed up as the new sponsor for Lynx FC for the upcoming football season.

The sponsorship will go towards player training, youth and community development through the club’s community programme and provide essential funds for the club.

A spokesman for GibFibreSpeed said: “Supporting the team development is important from both a sporting and community perspective. Our aim is to help the club generate opportunities for Gibraltarian youngsters to participate in sports and gain valuable skills which will aid them in their future sporting careers and help them grow as responsible adults.

“This partnership further enhances our Corporate Social Responsibility as we look to support one of Gibraltar’s leading football clubs in their quest to succeed in the upcoming Premier season.

“We feel Lynx FC is the people’s club of Gibraltar as they offer Gibraltarians of all ages the opportunity to participate in football and events for youngsters, to promote participation in football and physical activity where the whole family are invited.

“We are proud to form part of this project and look to the prosperity of Lynx FC as they aim high this season with European qualification a top target.”
