Jan 18 - Inquest Into Toc H Suicide Concludes
A man who was found hanging from a metal frame outside his flat in TOC H took his own life while the “balance of his mind was disturbed”, according to a coroner’s inquest.
The inquest was held on Monday to examine and determine the circumstances surrounding the death of Roy Keith Steele, 52, a labourer whose body was discovered in April last year.
In his report, the Coroner Charles Pitto said the incident occurred at around 2am on 12th April outside Mr Steele’s residence in TOC H in Line Wall Road.
Mr Pitto gave the cause of death as hanging.
