St Bernard's Middle School recently celebrated their second #PlasticFree Pancake Day yesterday.

Eight mothers from the Parents Association served pancakes to pupils and teachers in a completely sustainable method. 

The Nautilus Project presented a #PlasticFreeEvent award today in recognition of their reduction in single use plastic. 

A spokesperson for the Nautilus Project said: "Well Done St Bernard's Middle School. We hope many follow in your footsteps."
