All those on the Housing waiting list should have by now received a set of brochures for these developments at their address.
Gibraltar Residential Properties Limited have at this early stage received enquiries from many prospective applicants, concerned that they will not be able to submit a letter from a financial institution confirming that they will be able to secure a mortgage, before the closing date for applications on the 14th March 2014.
Gibraltar Residential Properties Limited would like to confirm and clarify for the benefit of all prospective applicants that we will accept and consider applications that are not supported by a letter from a financial institution although applicants should ensure that details of their employment and income are given in the relevant section of the application form. This information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
