Jun 03 - Unite Scores Pay Increase for Restsso Trading Employees
Unite the Union has reached an agreement regarding annual pay negotiations with Restsso Trading Co Ltd. All employees will receive a 2.5% increase to basic rates retrospective from the 1st of January 2014.
Unite Convenor Albert Hewitt commented on the matter, ‘Unite has always had a very good working relationship with Restsso which has proven beneficial both for our members and the Company. I would like to thank Restsso’s management for our growing partnership approach to industrial relations and for agreeing to a 2.5% pay increase following our recent pay negotiations.’
Unite is currently in discussion with other employers in the private sector ‘in order to achieve other positive results and improve workers pay and conditions accordingly’.
