Jun 13 - Government Invites Eastside Development Proposals
The Government is inviting expressions of interest from developers, investors or organisations interested in developing plots on the Eastside Reclamation Area.
The Government says it is also open to the “holistic development”of the whole reclamation area saying that its vision for the area includes a marina, waterfront commercial and leisure facilities facing the marina with high-end housing above, a hotel (or hotels), public car parking for beach users and affordable housing, the allocation of which would be controlled by the Government.
