Jun 19 - Both Worlds Incursions by Guardia Civil
Incursions into BGTW by the Guardia Civil have become a regular occurrence on the Eastside, with the Guardia Civil’s Rio Cedena passing close by the recently completed Sandy Bay, two nights in a row this week at approximately 7pm yesterday and Monday evening.
During these times, Gibraltar police presence in the area has been minimal, except sporadic routine Customs patrols of the area. Yesterday evening a barge, moored close to the groynes at Sandy Bay lowered rocks into the bay, shortly after this activity the Guardia Civil patrolled the area.
