Isolas have contributed the Gibraltar chapter of The Insurance and Reinsurance Law Review (2nd edition), published by Law Business Research.
Peter Isola, Senior Partner at Isolas and Associate, Christian Caetano (pictured), have collaborated on this leading international insurance publication.
“We are extremely pleased to have been invited to contribute the first ever Gibraltar chapter for the Insurance and Reinsurance Law Review, which brings together submissions from key jurisdictions and serves as a source of reference for insurance practitioners across the industry,” said Mr Isola.
The chapter deals with a range of academic and legal topics such as financial services regulation, sources of law and dispute resolution. It also includes an analysis of recent developments and looks towards upcoming changes within the local insurance industry, such as the implementation of the Solvency II Directive.
