Oct 29 - Unite and Interserve Review Pay Harmonisation Agreement

Unite the Union senior members last week met with Interserve Defence Ltd in order to review a number of issues that had surfaced following the pay harmonisation agreed earlier this year. The group, including Unite representatives Christian Duo and Sandra Revagliatte, also discussed issues that have arisen during the current review of operations.

The Union has welcomed the MOD contractor’s approach to training and development, highlighting two recent cases involving general hands that have agreed on terms to pursue an apprenticeship in their relevant field.

Christian Duo insisted that the meeting had gone extremely well, praising the positive work being made from both sides.
