Dec 05 – Minehunter Calls Into Gibraltar On Monday
The Faslane-based Minehunter HMS GRIMSBY will visit Gibraltar on Monday to stock up on supplies.
HMS GRIMSBY has been working as part of the Standing NATO Maritime Group 2 which is a multinational, integrated maritime force. The force is made up of vessels from various allied nations - training and operating together as a single team - that is permanently available to NATO to perform a wide range of tasks, from participating in exercises to crisis response and real world operational missions
HMS Grimsby was launched by Lady Candice Blackham, on 10 August 1998 and commissioned into the Royal Navy on 25 September 1999.
