Feb 23 - Top University Representatives to Advise Students
The annual University talks, organized by the Department of Education and the Kusuma Trust, will be carried out tomorrow morning at Westside School, in order to advise A Level students on enrolling at some of the UK’s most esteemed Universities.
Crispin Boyd of Oxford University, and Penny Kossifos of University College London will discuss the application progress and studying and living in London. Jane Marshall of Imperial College will speak on personal statements and the interview process.
Kusuma Trustee Joey Garcia will further discuss with students of both Bayside and Westside, the Kusuma Trust Excellence Scholarship scheme. Will Morgan of Action Aid will also deliver a presentation on ‘Changing Lives for Good’. The evening will host the annual Careers Fair at the Tercentenary Hall where students can approach all the speakers with questions and queries.
