Apr 16 - Gibraltar Youth Service Easter Programme
The Gibraltar Youth Service was involved in a variety of events and activities throughout the Easter week.
Club users were spoilt for choice. The programme of activities included Easter Egg Hunts, a BBQ, a movie night, an introduction to gardening, a ride on the new Royal Gibraltar Police boat, and visits to the Castellar and Fuengirola Zoos, where the participants were able to enter some enclosures and interact with the animals.
The Gibraltar Youth Production Team also created a promotional video aiming to recruit young people to the recently formed “Youth Forum.” Those involved spent a day filming and each member played an important role in the production as actors, directors, sound technicians, makeup artists and hairstylists.
The Youth Service will continue with its program of events for young people over the coming months and already has more trips and outings in the pipeline.
