Apr 23 - Gibraltar Horticultural Society’s Flower Show Next Week

The Gibraltar Horticultural Society is holding its annual Spring Flower Show at the John Mackintosh Hall on Wednesday 29^th & Thursday 30^th April. Categories in this year’s show include gardens, courtyards, estates and schools. Grow your own food and cut flowers will also be showcased along with other exhibits.

The judging of the entries is being carried out by Dr Keith Bensusan and Christine Gilder from the Gibraltar Botanic Gardens and the flower arrangements are to be judged by Mrs Anne Stagnetto. Prizes will be presented to the winning entries by the President of the Gibraltar Horticultural Society, Lady Dutton, the wife of the Governor of Gibraltar. The presentations will commence at 6pm on Thursday 30^th April at The John Mackintosh Hall. Press and photographers are most welcome to attend to record the event.
