Jul 09 – Public Services Commission Sworn In

Acting on the advice of the Specified Appointments Commission, His Excellency the Governor has today sworn in Ms Francesca Beiso, Mr Lesley Grech and Mr Michael Gil as members of the Public Services Commission and re-appointed Mr Adolfo Canepa OBE GMH as Chairman, in accordance with Section 54 (2) of the Gibraltar Constitution Order 2006.

The Public Services Commission is the Statutory body that oversees the recruitment and disciplinary processes which are carried out by the Government’s Human Resources Department.
