Jul 21 - Gibraltar Women's Association Recruitment Drive

The Gibraltar Women's Association held a very successful recruitment drive on Saturday morning, with more than 100 new members signing up to the association.

After the fantastic response to the GWA's Facebook page, with membership numbers there rising dramatically from 400 to over 2,300 over a period of 3 months, this was an opportunity for the GWA Committee to meet members of the public and for women of all walks of life to sign up. 

Minister for Equality Samantha Sacramento and Minister for Health, Climate Change And Environment Dr John Cortes both showed their support for the GWA by turning up to the stall on Saturday and speaking to the committee members.
