Apr 04 - Gibraltar Rugby Club Under 12s Enjoy Trip To Bath
Prior Park College in Bath recently hosted the Gibraltar Rugby Club’s (GRC) U12’s tour. The club arrived on Wednesday and have a packed schedule, including a coaching session from Prior’s Director of Rugby, and former England player, Paul Hull.
The GRC will also receive coaching from Bath Community coaches at The Rec, home to Bath RFC, and will have time to do a bit of local sightseeing with a trip to the Roman Baths.
Rugby is a hugely popular sport in Bath, with many international players coming from the club. On Friday evening, the boys got a chance to meet the players in advance of the Bath v Saracens match. They also formed a guard of honour as the players come on to the pitch.
On Saturday, the team left the College for a match with Avonvale RFC before flying back to Gibraltar.
