Minister Bruzon Congratulates the Gibraltar Rugby Association

The Minister for Sports, Leslie Bruzon, has sent his most heartfelt congratulations to the Gibraltar Rugby Association and in particular the U14 rugby team after returning home from an unforgettable UK tour and competing against tough opposition from some of UK’s best rugby academies.
Commenting on the team’s achievements, the Minister Bruzon said: "The Gibraltar U14 rugby squad has once again demonstrated the spirit, discipline and dedication that define our young athletes. Competing against some of the best rugby academies in the UK and holding their own is a remarkable achievement. These young players have represented Gibraltar with pride, and their success is a testament to the hard work of their coaches, parents and sponsors. The Government remains fully committed to supporting the development of rugby and sport in Gibraltar, ensuring that future generations continue to thrive on the international stage."
