Scott Wiseman has been released from the Gibraltar National Squad for the game against Malta. Wiseman has reportedly had “an extremely tough season” and in conjunction with Preston North End FC, the Gibraltar FA have released him to allow him to properly recover from an injury he has been carrying for some time now, which has not fully healed.

He will be entering a period of rehab and his will allow Scott to get ready for the first Euro 2016 qualifier with Poland in September.
