Aug 11 - Futsal Summer Camp Success
A Futsal coaching course for kids aged 6 to 12 was organised by the Futsal National team Head Coach Mario Prescott, assisted by Peter Moreno, Dylan Glynn and Jansen Prescott. The course was held as part of the Summer Sports Programme and was held from the 4th to the 8th August 2014.
The children who attended learned both the technical and tactical aspects of the game, ending with actual games on the last day.
The participants were awarded with certificates at the end of the course. The organisers thanked Michelle Turner of the GSLA, for allowing then to participate in the Summer Sports, their sponsor Interserve Defence Ltd, and the GFA, especially Jonathan Ferrary, for all his support.
