Sep 20 - Picardo to Attend UK Labour Party Conference

The Chief Minister, the Hon Fabian Picardo, will leave Gibraltar this Sunday in order to attend the Labour Party Conference in Brighton. He will return on Monday evening.
Whilst he is away, the Deputy Chief Minister, the Hon Joseph Garcia, will act as Chief Minister.
The Party claims that the conference is one of the largest and most high profile political event in Europe. They add, ‘our delegates and visitors take part in debates to shape Labour's vision for Britain.’
