Chamber Welcomes EU Decision to Delist Gibraltar From High Risk List
10 July 2025

The Chamber has welcomed the news that the European Parliament has voted by a five to one majority to remove Gibraltar from the list of high risk jurisdictions.
A statement continued: “Congratulations must go to the Government and in particular to the Hon Nigel Feetham, Minister for Justice, Financial & Digital Services and also to his predecessor the Hon Albert Isola who worked so hard to present Gibraltar’s case and showcase Gibraltar’s commitment to conduct business to the most exacting standards. The EU Parliament’s decision reflects Gibraltar’s compliance since it was delisted by the FATF over two years ago.”
