Dec 11 - London Fog – Flights Affected
11 December 2013
A heavy and persistent fog over the South East of England has led to numerous flights from the capital’s airports being cancelled or delayed. Luckily, the only local flight affected is the British Airways Heathrow service which will now arrive at 16:00 instead of the scheduled time of 14:05.
This picture was sent to us by Giulietta Durante, a Gibraltarian nutritional therapist living in London. It was taken in Hampstead in the north of the city. Giulietta said to YGTV: “I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a heavy fog in my time here. It really is quite remarkable.”
