The Government says the recent statement by the GSD on the ending of reciprocal healthcare arrangements between Gibraltar and Spain is "total nonsense".
British art critic, writer and broadcaster Matthew Collings has visited Gibraltar this week to meet with the nine artists selected to represent the Rock in London at an Exhibition at Bermondsey Project Space.
This week saw the official launch of Gibraltar’s first Business Improvement District (BID). The not-for-profit organisation will professionally manage the BID area and deliver on a five year business plan to improve the trading environment for the 1000+ businesses within it.
The GSD has said that the ending of the reciprocal healthcare arrangements by Spain “brings into sharp focus” the handling of the Brexit negotiations since 2016 by the Gibraltar Government. The party says that, for years, it has been saying that they “mishandled the negotiations by giving away rights to frontier workers with no equivalent rights in return for people resident here.”
