The Chief Minister, Fabian Picardo, today met with the Foreign Secretary, Rt Hon Lord David Cameron, at the Foreign Office in London in order to discuss the outstanding issues and matters in the ongoing negotiation with the European Union in relation to Gibraltar.
New trees will be planted along the border of Edinburgh Estate and Queensway Road as part of the Department of the Environment’s ongoing programme to replace dead or dying trees around Gibraltar.
The second British Islands and Mediterranean Region (BIMR) Commonwealth Women Parliamentarians Conference will be hosted in Gibraltar from the 6th to the 8th of February 2015.
Commonwealth Women Parliamentarians (CWP) consists of female Members of legislatures of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA). It was initially formed to discuss ways to increase female representation in Parliament and work towards the mainstreaming of gender considerations in all CPA activities and programmes.
