A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that formally establishes the “Small Islands Network Centre of Excellence for Research and Education in Cybercrime” (SINCERE Network), and confirms the nature of future cooperation on cybercrime between its signatories, was signed at a meeting of the Chief Police Officers of the Royal Gibraltar Police, Guernsey Police, States of Jersey Police and the Isle of Man Constabulary, chaired by Commissioner of Police Eddie Yome at Gibraltar House in London recently.
