Santos Productions is pleased to announce the return of the Teatro Lirico Andaluz to perform in Gibraltar this November.  This event is being organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture

Having proved very popular in the past, the Teatro Lirico Andaluz will stage the popular Zarzuela, ‘El Huesped del Sevillano. Boasting a stellar cast and a 24 piece orchestra, this Zarzuela will no doubt delight everyone and bring back memories to those who have already experienced it before.   

Juan Luis, a young court painter, has been asked by the king to paint the Immaculate Virgin Mary. The artist hopes to find a model in Toledo.  He meets Raquel, a woman of extraordinary beauty and immediately falls for her beauty; she is the woman he is searching for. Raquel consequently gets abducted and the story continues from there.  Make sure not to miss it as it promises to be another fun-filled night that will, as always, leave you wanting more

Performances will be held at the John Mackintosh Hall Theatre on the Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4^th November 2014 at 8pm. Tickets, priced at £5 will be on sale at the John Mackintosh Hall as from Monday 20^th October. Ticket office hours will be on weekdays between 9:30am and 5pm. Sale of tickets is limited to 10 per person.
