The Ministry for Culture is working together with Little Constellation (a Network for Contemporary art in small states in Europe) for the opening of a new project dedicated to contemporary art in Gibraltar.
Spanish press have reported that Gibraltar Customs Enforcement Surveyor Colin McHard has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after being involved in an accident in La Alcaidesa. According to Europa Press, Mr McHard was arrested by the Policia Local after crashing his motorbike on 17th April.

It has emerged that the newly appointed Captain of the Port, Bob Sanguinetti, was “severely reprimanded” at a court martial after a Royal Navy frigate he was in charge of hit some rocks off the coast of Norway. The incident took place in September 2000 whilst HMS Grafton was navigating south of Oslo.
Following the resignation of Captain Roy Stanbrook, the Minister for the Port, Neil Costa, has announced the appointment of Bob Sanguinetti as the new Chief Executive of the Gibraltar Port Authority and Captain of the Port.
