The CHAMP (Children, Healthy and Active! Multi-agency Programme) launched its fourth phase of planned events on Saturday 1st June at the Commonwealth Park. This event focused on mental health in young people and what families, schools and the community can do to promote their emotional well-being.
The Government has commenced the recruitment process for four qualified school-based counsellors for the introduction of a dedicated school counselling service. This provision is child and young adult focused and will assist in the holistic development of students across all facets of education.
The BrightMed Film Festival will take place at Leisure Cinemas on 11th June from 17.45 to 19.45.
