The GGCA Union “Stands Firm” for Dignity at Work

The GGCA Workers Union has said that it believes “that every worker deserves respect and dignity in the workplace.”
A statement continued: “Today, we reaffirm our commitment to standing against bullying, marginalisation, and all forms of mistreatment that can devastate lives.
“Workplace harassment is not a personal issue it’s a collective one. It impacts morale, mental health, and productivity. As a union, we are dedicated to defending anyone who faces these challenges and ensuring they receive the support they need to rebuild.
“We urge all workers to speak out when they witness unacceptable behaviour. Silence is not an option. Together, we can create safer and more inclusive workplaces where dignity is upheld and every worker feels valued.
“Our promise is clear.
“The GGCA Workers Union will work tirelessly to protect, support, and advocate for any employee facing injustice. Let’s build workplaces where everyone can thrive, free from fear, intimidation, or exclusion.
“Join us in standing for dignity at work.”
