Tarab Al Ala Choir Performs In Gibraltar

The Tarab Al Ala Choir, part of the Fundacion Grupal Internacional de los Moriscos, performed to an enthusiastic crowd on Saturday afternoon at John Mackintosh Square.
A statement from the Government follows below:
The visit by the choir was supported by Anda Luz, a cultural organisation with the purpose of promoting cultural exchanges in the region, embracing Morocco and the south of the Iberian Peninsula.
The visit had the support of Gibraltar’s Ministries tor Culture and for developing relations with Morocco, and is one of the growing number of events that links Gibraltar and our southern neighbours.
