Gibraltar Cultural Services, on behalf of the Ministries of Culture and Tourism, have confirmed the Gibunco Group as the title sponsor for this year’s Gibraltar Literary Festival 2025.
A statement from GCS follows below:
Gibraltar Cultural Services, on behalf of the Ministries of Culture and Tourism, is delighted to confirm the Gibunco Group is once again the title sponsor for this year’s Gibraltar Literary Festival 2025.
Gibunco’s altruistic support, received since the festival’s inception, goes a long way to ensuring that this tourism-led event continues to be a staple in Gibraltar’s cultural calendar.
Furthermore, GCS is also pleased to confirm the John Mackintosh Educational Trust as a principal partner for this year’s festival. The Trust is supporting the children and schools’ programme as well as various other initiatives throughout festival week.
Minister for Culture and Tourism, the HonChristan Santos GMD MP, said: “I wish to thank the Gibunco Group for their continued belief in the Festival, their renewed support allowing this event to grow in popularity year on year. The Festival appeals both to local audiences and visitors and is a perfect avenue to showcase Gibraltar for its hospitality, events, tourist offerings and community. My thanks too to the John Mackintosh Educational Trust for supporting such an important part of the programme; that offered to our younger audience to help instil a love of literature and reading from an early age.”
The festival will take place from the 10th to 16th November 2025.
