Clubhouse Gibraltar has announced the support of MH Bland for its Employment Program through the provision of a Transitional Employment Placement (TEP).

A statement continued: “This valuable partnership marks a significant step forward in helping individuals affected by mental ill-health reintegrate into the workforce. 

“The TEP model offers Clubhouse members the opportunity to gain real-world work experience in a supportive environment, typically over a period of six to nine months, starting with 20 hours per week. With the dedicated support of Clubhouse, this model plays a vital role in bridging the gap between unemployment and permanent employment. It offers a clear path toward greater independence and inclusion and is designed to break the cycle of isolation and dependence that often accompanies mental illness.

“Employment is a key factor in recovery from mental illness and essential to maintaining mental well-being. With MH Bland’s support, Clubhouse Gibraltar members are empowered to build confidence, develop valuable skills, and move forward on their recovery journeys.”
