Minister Feetham Hosts Exclusive Funds And Private Client Events At Royal Automobile Club

The Hon. Nigel Feetham KC MP, Gibraltar’s Minister with responsibility for Financial Services and Gaming, welcomed distinguished guests to the prestigious Royal Automobile Club on Pall Mall on Wednesday 22nd October 2025. These high-profile events formed part of Gibraltar Finance’s ongoing efforts to showcase the jurisdiction’s strengths in investment management and private client services to an international audience.
The day opened with the Funds event, where Minister Feetham delivered a welcoming address highlighting Gibraltar’s continued innovation within the funds sector, as well as the close collaboration between government, industry, and the regulator.
The keynote presentation was delivered by Paul Bilikon, who provided valuable insights into the growing role of AI tools in investment management, discussing how technological advancements are shaping fund strategies, risk management, and operational efficiency.
The breakfast concluded with a lively panel discussion on the evolution of Gibraltar’s funds industry, moderated by Jonathan Garcia, Chair of GFIA and Partner at Isolas. The panel featured:

Panellists explored key developments in Gibraltar’s funds landscape, highlighting the jurisdiction’s robust regulatory framework, innovative fund structures, and strategic advantages for international fund managers and investors.
In the afternoon, guests reconvened for the Private Client event, which provided a platform to discuss Gibraltar’s position as a strategic gateway for international families and high-net-worth individuals.
At the start of the event, well-known tech pioneer and successful entrepreneur based in Gibraltar since 2004, Ruth Parasol, was invited by Minister Feetham to share her perspective on Gibraltar.
Ms Parasol gave an insightful address speaking about Gibraltar’s stability, international outlook, and exceptional quality of life.
Following this, Minister Feetham addressed attendees, reaffirming Gibraltar’s commitment to providing a secure, transparent, and well-regulated environment for private clients and family offices.
The next address was delivered by Iqbal Dhamarsi, Director at Chellcorp, who spoke about Gibraltar’s remarkable transformation since his arrival. He shared his personal reflections, citing the jurisdiction’s quality of life, safety, access to talent, strong links with both the UK and Europe, business-friendly environment, and respect for confidentiality.
The session concluded with a panel discussion moderated by Emma Lejeune, Chair of FCC and Partner at ISOLAS, featuring:
