Gibraltar Cultural Services have announced their summer cultural programme for adults.
A statement from GCS follows below:
Gibraltar Cultural Services (GCS), on behalf of the Ministry of Culture, is delighted to launch a vibrant summer cultural programme for adults, designed to inspire and engage throughout July.
The summer programme begins on the 14th July 2026, with a relaxing Paint & Brew session led by local artist Charlie Gingell, where participants can enjoy a quiet morning of painting and a cup of coffee whilst taking home their own artwork.
The Llanito History Dr, Ryan Asquez and GCS’s Davina Barbara come together again on 16th July 2026, to lead a Culture Crawl through the old town, including the history and stories behind several street names. The session will end with a drink and pikilavi.
For the first time, the John Mackintosh Hall Library will open after hours exclusively for adults on Friday 17th July, offering guests a glass of bubbly, the chance to network with like-minded individuals, and a unique literary experience.
The programme concludes with a Creative Writing Workshop on Thursday 23rd July delivered by Natalie Massetti at BOOKgem. She will explore poetry in a sensory session aimed at sparking inspiration.
