The Minister for Culture, Steven Linares, has congratulated Jamielee Randall on behalf of everyone in Gibraltar on reaching the Top 15 Finalists at the Miss International 2013 Pageant. Jamielee was one of 68 contestants who took part in the Pageant in Okinawa, Japan on Tuesday 17th December.

Minister Linares said, “On behalf of everyone in Gibraltar, I congratulate you in reaching the Top 15 finals at the Miss International 2013 Pageant. Gibraltar is extremely proud of you.”
